How to set a server side rule "have server reply using" with  powershell
Hello, I've been trying to figure out how to set a server side rule "have server reply using" for a given mailbox with powershell. I looked into all "InboxRule* cmdlets but could not figure this out. Any help is appreciated ! Thanks !

Hi filipne, If you create the rule in Outlook(have server reply using a specific message), you will find the rule is not viewed in OWA. I don't think you can create the rule using powershell. Maybe you have to use OOF to send the repsonse. Frank

At least it works fine without Outlook. If it is a server side rule it has to be manageable via powershell. Perhaps it just was not implemented. Would be of a great help for exchange admins !

Hi filipne, Yes, the rule still works fine without Outlook. But seems like it can only be created using Outlook at the moment... Thanks for your feedback. By the way, you can also submit suggestion to Exchange team. EMC->Microsoft Exchange On-Premise->Customer Feedback->Help and Feedback->Submit suggestions or report bugs to the Microsoft Exchang team. More information: If you use MFCMAPI to check the rule, you will find the rule has the IPM.Note.Rules.ReplyTemplate.Microsoft Message Class in addition to IPM.Rule.Message.
